Ordering Information

We currently offer catering and deliveries only. We require a minimum of 1 dozen for our cupcakes for each flavor. Please order at least 48 hours in advance and allow more notice for large orders.

We do custom orders for your special occasion. Please call us to discuss your order. Custom orders require 48 hours notice for a full refund. We also support other local bakeries. If there should be an occasion when we can not accommodate your order, we will refer you to those who probably can.

We deliver within Santa Barbara and offer deliveries in nearby cities for an additional fee of $10. Please call for an estimate.

Shipping Information

Our products are not made with any preservatives and we recommend that they are shipped overnight to ensure freshness. Cupcakes are shipped frozen and require time to thaw.

Please request your order at least 48 hours before shipping date. We do not ship on Fridays. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct, we are not responsible for delays that were caused beyond our control.

After your order is shipped, you will be provided with a UPS tracking number for each delivery via email. This will allow you to view detailed delivery information for your order.

Local deliveries are usually made between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please make sure someone will be available to receive the package.

We require phone numbers in case there is a problem with delivery or shipment.
